Designed for the printed page to either be trimmed to fit on the inside back cover of the Teacher Planner (using optional 2-prong metal fastener)
OR
The 1/2” overhang can be used for printing the name of class
True, if you choose to print on the overhang rather than trim that 1/2” portion, it will get dog-eared/worn as it sticks out beyond the edge of the planner - If this is a concern but you still want that feature, there is the option of printing onto cardstock, giving the overhang "tab" more rigidity.
2 Prong Guides:
2 small vertical lines indicate where to poke the metal prongs through the printed page. This can be done by hand, or with an exacto blade for the exacto types.

*small binder clips could also be used to hold the printed pages in place - we opted to offer prongs in order to keep the back of the planner smooth/flat/snag-free.
