PRE-ORDER 2023 Zero-Waste Weekly Planner NICOBAR
At today’s bindery check we made the decision to pause production on the 2023 Large Zero-Waste Weekly Planner in order to change the cover material.
I intentionally spilled water on a finished cover, and unlike all other untreated 100% recycled cover papers we have ever used, it did not hold up.
So much so, that we are opting for a thicker, more durable, untreated 100% recycled/recyclable stock.
This change is going to push us back at least a week, possibly two, but we feel so strongly that it is more important to produce a product you will be happy with, than it would be to rush the process and deliver an inferior planner.
We regret the delay, and we understand completely if you wish to cancel your order at this time - please send an email and I will take care of it: firstname.lastname@example.org
All shipping will now take place from our new BCorp Certified / Zero-Waste fulfillment partners in Texas. We are thrilled to have found a company that shares our values and that will allow us to scale our waste-reduction efforts.
Estimated to begin shipping (plastic-free) in October - we will share timing updates via email.

New direction - The reason we are printing covers this year rather than embossing is because we have to incorporate barcodes, and we won't use stickers (yes, we're that stubborn). That, and the some of the papers from past years have been discontinued or are difficult to secure in the quantities we need.
We named them for lesser known animals as a reminder of what a remarkable gift planet earth is, and how important it is to work to protect it.
