Shipping Times:

We generally pack + ship orders within 24 hours. (Weekends being the exception).
Depending on package size, we ship via:

USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3 business days)
USPS First Class (1 - 3 business days)
USPS Media Mail (3 - 8 business days)
UPS Ground (1 - 4 business days)
UPS Worldwide (1 - 8 business days)

Wisdom Supply Co. Shipping Prices Explained:

Shipping costs are not baked into our pricing.

We are a two-person operation in a little warehouse in San Francisco.

We stamp every bag, pack every order, answer every email, and deliver locally in person when we can.

Shipping is not inexpensive, not that it should be when you consider the logistics and human beings involved to get it from here to “there”.

That’s why Nikki created a chart to make our shipping costs transparent.

We are hustling to get to a place where we can distribute our products with ease and flow, but for now we work to survive the economic reality of Covid-19 so that our company can exist at all.

Returns:

We’re actively working on it – looking into automated programs for the site and all that.

In the meantime, please just shoot us an email at info@wisdomsupplyco.com and we’ll promptly issue you a return label.

Shipping to Canada:

It’s expensive to start with, and then there are the Goods & Services Tax (GST but sometimes HST or PST depending on province).

Our understanding is that 5% to 13% of the declared value of the products is collected before the order can be picked up or delivered.

Seems incroyable, but Canada is so great, and the people there are some of the nicest anywhere, so there must be a perfectly good reason for it.

International Shipping:

We recently added Mexico, Australia, France, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Spain. If you would like an order sent outside of any of these areas send us an email and we will send you a shipping estimate.
