These plastic-free erasers have been made in the Czech Republic by Koh i Noor Hardtmuth for the past 120 years.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping prices are the actual rates we pay (the true cost of shipping from Northern CA. - Sorry Maine!). As we grow, we will negotiate more favorable shipping rates, but for now, we pack every order (plastic-free), load up our cars, and deliver to a post office in a nearby town because our local Post Office refuses to accept or pick up the “large” number of packages we have outgoing on a normal basis.

Not what was expected

This arrived and it is pink, not what I expected. It leaves pink marks on my pages that will not clear away. Oh well! All other Wisdom products always exceeded my expectations. Love your products.

A PINK eraser???
Clearly there was a tear in the universe at our warehouse - there should be zero pink erasers anymore - we have long since transitioned to the Koh-i-Noor natural rubber erasers (the white ones with the elephant on the front).
GAH - we blew it somehow - not the first time, but still we hate it when that happens.
We're sending you the proper eraser tomorrow - two of them actually, so you have a backup when this one wears out.
Thanks for letting us know though, at least we have the opportunity to make amends!

These erasers are so smooth to use and the logos are adorable. I like the fact that they are natural and not plastic.
